Jessica Patisseries presents pastry products that have been established in North America for over 15 years, Our products have been sold to high end supermarkets, fine dining restaurants and airlines.

Jessica Patisseries offer natural Parisian pastries at a price advantage compared to our competitors. These pastries not only look and taste absolutely exquisite but they are also made from the finest natural ingredients. We use imported Belgian chocolate, mangoes from India, and lemon juice from France in our products.

Our specialty cakes are a departure from the usual coffee cakes and honey bun, and appeal to those with refined tastes.. but the will be priced competitively with the run of the mill desserts they are intended to replace. Our objective is to expose the world to our pastries and let them sell themselves.


Ringo Foods Inc. is the United States branch of Jessica Patisseries. We are established and located in Lake Success, New York. The New York facilities will also have access to a 5000 square feet cold storage warehouse. Our manufacturing facilities are located in Quebec Canada. This state of the art manufacturing facility exceeds 20,000 square feet.


Jessica Patisseries will offer in addition to mouse cakes, our expert Parisian bakers produce custom pastries at very competitive prices. Our bakers are formally trained and have over 20 years experience in the industry. We will also offer additional services that will be a benefit to our customers in term of productivity and profitability.

Jessica Patisseries is able to produce high quality pastries at competitive pricing by increasing productivity of the average baker. All of our products are made with the assistance of specialized tools and machines.

  • Remove plastic ribbon while still frozen for best presentation.
  • Pastries can be decorated with fresh fruits for added appeal.
  • Shelf life in freezer is 6 months to 1 year, in refrigerator for 5 to 6 days.
  • Thaw 8'" cakes in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Thaw 3" cakes in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours or at room temperature for approximately
    30 minuets.
